FREE DELIVERY - Spend 75 Euros or more at our online store and we can offer free delivery anywhere along the coast from Menton to St Tropez, inland to Grasse & Vence and to the surrounding areas. When spending under 75 Euros the delivery fee is 6 Euros. We deliver Monday to Friday.
We deliver to Nice every Tuesday & Thursday.
For a Tuesday delivery, please place your order by noon Monday. For a Thursday delivery, please place your order by noon Wednesday.
We deliver to Monaco every Monday, Wednesday & Friday. For a Wednesday delivery, please place your order by noon Tuesday. For a Friday delivery, please place your order by noon Thursday.
We deliver close to our store, Antibes, Juan Les Pins, Biot, Cannes, Valbonne, as soon as possible, within a day or two.
We deliver Monday to Friday. Please consider when placing your order that we do not make deliveries on either Saturday or Sunday. Therefore, orders that we receive any time over the weekend (Friday afternoon through to Monday morning) will only be available for delivery from Monday afternoon at the earliest.
Bank Holidays may force us to change your delivery day, or cancel one delivery day from our schedule, but we will advise you of this once your order has been picked.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the delivery address and contact details are correct. Failure to do so may result in the order being returned to the Company and an additional delivery charge will be incurred. In the event of an item either being temporarily unavailable or withdrawn by the manufacturer, the Company will contact the Customer to suggest a suitable alternative with an equal value or delay despatch until the item has been obtained. If we are unable to fulfil the above the difference will be refunded to the Customer. Claims for shortages, damaged or incorrect goods must be notified to the Company in writing by email within twenty-four hours of delivery. We regret that refunds cannot be considered under any other circumstances.
