PICK UP POINT RELAIS - PARCEL COLLECTIONS

Geoffreys is now a Pick Up Point Relais for parcels sent via Colissimo and Chronopost.

You will be able to opt for your deliveries to be sent to Geoffreys from many online retailers, from Amazon to Zalando.

If you think you might not be at home when your delivery man would normally call, you can now choose Geoffreys, and collect from us at your convenience, anytime during our normal opening hours.

Once you receive the confirmation of delivery email from Chronopost or Colissimo, just call into your chosen Pick Up Point Relais ( Geoffreys ) with your ID / Passport and collect your parcel.

If you send someone else to collect your parcel, please ensure they have your ID as well as their own.

SHOP2SHOP - NATIONWIDE HOME DELIVERY

Chronopost now offers SHOP2SHOP where parcels can be sent between any two Pick Up Point Relais.

Therefore, we can now send small deliveries of certain foods to any other Pick Up Point Relais in mainland France.

Of course, we can not send Fresh or Frozen products.

Neither can we send the majority of goods in glass bottles or jars. Or, any liquid products where we think a spillage might occur en route eg cordials and cleaning products.

But we can send ALL Confectionery, Biscuits, Crisps & Snacks, Teas, Puddings, Herbs & Spices and most of our General Groceries & Home Baking ranges.

INTERESTED ? Here's what to do ....

1. Fill your shopping basket with your chosen goods, ensuring they are in our list of approved products.

2. Add a delivery charge suitable for the weight of your basket of goods.

    Please click here for delivery prices / weights limits.

    Sorry, you will need calculate the total weight of your basket out yourself.

    Please allow a little extra for packaging too - for the box and bubble wrap we will need to use.

3. Place your order, choosing Home Delivery.

    Please make sure you give your correct email as all following correspondence regarding your delivery is via email!

    Please use the comments box to tell us which Pick Up Point Relais you have chosen to send your delivery to.

4. Pay for your order, either by Credit Card or PayPal.

5. You will receive an automated email from the Geoffreys website confirming receipt of your order. Thank you!

6. You will then receive an email from one of our staff.

    We will advise you of any shortages, or any other issues with your order, before proceeding further.

    We will refund missing items in cash and include this with your delivery. Apologies in advance.

    We will also refund any overpayment of delivery charges resulting from any missing items, if necessary.

7. When your order is all picked, packed and ready to go,  we will let Chronopost know.

8. Once collected by Chronopost, you will recieve an automated email from them "confirmation de depot"

    There'll also be a link to track your parcel. Bon voyage! Please allow up to four working days.

9. When your chosen Pick Up Point Relais receives your parcel, Chronopost will advise you.

    They will give you the Pick Up Point Relais address and their opening hours.

    You have eight working days to collect your parcel - don't forget your ID / Passport.

 

IMPORTANT  : PLEASE NOTE

Chronopost say that SHOP2SHOP parcels should arrive within two working days, from the time the package leaves the first Pick Up Point Relais. In our experience, we think you should allow possibly three or four days for the parcel to reach your chosen Pick Up Point Relais. The Chronopost service also slows down a bit during the bi-annual Sales periods, the Christmas period and the Black Friday sales.

It is also a possibility that your delivery may be dropped off at a different Pick Up Point Relais if there is a 'problem' with the one you have chosen e.g. they are on holiday or closed on that particular day. These are normally close to the original Pick Up Point Relais but this may be farther afield in rural parts of France. This is beyond our control unfortunately.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders, or products therein, if we judge them to be innapropriate for the SHOP2SHOP service.
